List of 396 Kerry Tenants who have lodged applications with the Estate Commissioners as Evicted Tenants or as the Representative of Evicted Tenants and who have been noted as suitable for Holdings
Last week we gave some details of Tenant Evictions – this week could we draw your attention to a valuable list of those who had applied to the Estates Commissioners Office as either evicted tenants or representing an evicted tenant. This information was compiled as required by the Evicted Tenants (Ireland) Act 1907 which sought to provide some relief for those affected. The full list is now available on FindMyPast.ie.

Cannot for the life of me figure out how to hit these records in findmypast.com . Can you post a note on how to “drill in” to the full set? thanks….
In answer to my own question, here is a URL that gets you there. Dear lordy, 399 Kerry evictions. Yikes. http://search.findmypast.com/results/ireland-records?keywordsplace=kerry&datasetname=estate-commissioners-offices-applications-from-evicted-tenants-1907&_page=1.

Joe, great that you got into the Evicted List. I think FindMyPast can be difficult enough to navigate. When you do come across a record it is very good.
